The hotel was clean with helpful staff from check-in to check-out. The venue was in a nice and beautiful location adjacent to the Tex-Mex restaurant. Minutes from the place, we saw a tower and a theater.

Was a great place for christmas. We liked rooms with balcony. Excellent and pretty friendly personnel from check-in to check-out and gave some tips about Grapevine. Good restaurant served Mexican specialties.

I stayed here before, always modern and well-priced rooms with 2 queen beds. The location was exceptionally nice and beautiful, near to Arlington, and the many restaurants on, in a relaxing area. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

My room was updated with 2 queen beds. The staff were very courteous and immensely pleasant. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food. The location was great, into the self park area!

This place is in a great spot, just a quick 2 miles away from Cowboys Golf Club. Plus, you're within walking distance to a large shopping mall and a market. The rooms here are tidy and modern, featuring really comfy beds that will guarantee you a good night's sleep. 😊

Went to the Sports Bar to watch the Dallas Maverick's game and then went to the river pool the next day to spend time with the family on a mini-vacation.
We really enjoyed the new water park. It was great but needs more shaded areas for those who do not rent a cabana.

The location is great and we loved the numerous things you could do w/out leaving the hotel...
For the price, we thought the room was rather small. Both mornings, we both back aches from the bed. At check-in, the room rate was different than what I originally booked it for which disturbed me.. and then at check out, we still owed a few dollars, even when we didn't go over our 100 deposit that we had to put up. A lot of taxes, and a lot of fees....

We enjoyed seeing the Christmas decor. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
A woman working in the children's gift shop was rude on the last night of our stay. That did somewhat dampen what would have been an awesome hotel experience.
